Shipping Details

Our shipping prices are dependent on each item placed in the cart.
Products 96" or longer are "oversize" and typically ship on common carrier.
Shipping is based on distance from shipping location and size/weight of total order.
We ship to all 50 United States. We also ship some products to Canada (please call us to order 616-241-6011).

We ship from warehouses in Michigan, Indiana and/or Texas, depending on product and/or availability
Many of the products we sell are very large and must be shipped via a freight carrier. They typically are not too heavy and can be unloaded from truck by hand without a liftgate. Our shipping rates DO NOT include lift gate service.
We do no have a showroom and our warehouses are not open to the general public.
The purchaser is responsible for return shipping on returned items, even if it was sent freight (always call us first for returns). It is not unusual for it to cost more to return a product than what you paid to have it shipped to you. We cannot control freight companies rates.
