As Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines (RCCL) continued to grow, they needed a new call center to handle their resevations and questions. They wanted a building that would make a statement about their business. They determined to build a unique stucture that would emulate a cruise ship surrounded by gentle rolling waves.
The Architect and General contractor had worked with Wholesalemillwork.com on previous projects, so there was no doubt who would provide the highly specialized trim and finishing touches for this massive project. They determined to build it in Springfield. Oregon. As the foundations and structural steel began to go up, we set about building the 20 foot long curved and straight trim pieces and all of the accessories at our plant in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Several truckloads of PVC material were transported cross country to complete this project.

And all of the PVC molding married up perfectly to the structural steel for trouble free installation process.

The 80 foot "gangplank" front entry portico is covered bottom and sides in PVC sheet stock to handle any weather conditions.

And the finished product is a true answer to RCCL's vision for this state of the art reservation center. So when you book that next cruise, you'll likely be communicating into this beautiful work of art building.
While this is certainly one of Wholesalemillwork.com's largest and most complex projects, it is certainly not the only kind we do. From corbels to gable decorations, one piece to hundreds of pieces, we have the experience and skill to make it happen for you.
