So they said it couldn't be done. 3D laminating on exterior grade PVC and Polyurethane products. For decades 3D lam has been used on furniture and cabinetry, producing beautiful results. And a process called Profile Wrapping has been used to produce these stunning finishes on the Canvas Series by Versatex.

But that process only lends itself to straight profiles that can be fed through a set of specialized machinery to apply this woodgrain laminate on these PVC profiles. But while having these gorgeous straight profiles available has been wildly popular and growing every year, there has been a void. 

So you're using the Versatex Canvas Series Bead Board for your soffit and trimming it with the matching crown molding. But you want corbels every three feet or so to give it that look. And you want them to match. Sorry, not available. Until now.

Or you're using Versatex Canvas Series on your porch ceiling and you want tapered column wraps for the posts. Maybe flat. Or raised panel. Or recessed panel. We have been 3D laminating for over 30 years. We have seven laminating presses of different configurations for different needs. Most 3dL companies get into it to do the simple stuff like cabinet doors. Not us. We are top tier in 3DL. Our primary products are medical furniture and automotive products. We only do high degree of difficulty products.

So that is why we set out to develop the process and the materials to 3D laminate PVC. We have fine tuned the process. We have developed the exact formulation of the material needed. It is exterior/interior grade. It is solar/heat reflective. It is woodgrain texture.
